We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Game may include virtual currencies or items that can be purchased for real money. These virtual items are consumed upon use and are not refundable or exchangeable for real money or value outside the Game.
We offer a monthly subscription service for ad removal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:
All payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play's billing system and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.
If the Game allows you to post or share content, you retain ownership of such content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Game.
We use Google Drive to sync and store your game data across devices. By using the Game, you agree to allow us to store your game data on Google Drive using the drive.appdata scope. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Game experience.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Game.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
